Verena Kreilinger

Verena Kreilinger is a postgraduate student at the University of Salzburg, majoring in communication studies. She currently is a research associate in the project “Social Networking Sites in the Surveillance Society”. Verena graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Salzburg with a master’s degree in Digital Media Studies in 2007. Prior to joining the Unified Theory of Information Research Group, she worked in advertising and production. Verena is member of the editorial team of “tripleC: Journal for a Global Sustainable Information Society” and participant in the European Cooperation in Science and Technology Action “Living in Surveillance Societies”- Working Group 3 “The Business of Surveillance”.
